I am 16 years old and want to loose weight I am about 5'4" and weigh 143 lbs I would love to go down to 130-133. I am looking to loose weight from my stomach area. I am currently on no excercise program and I am not a healthy eater. I really want a flat stomach that is toned, but I don't necesarrily care about having defined abs or anything. I don't know where to start really, any help? I was thinking of just doing 30 minutes of running everyday and cutting back on the cheese/soft drinks.
