hi i am a male, 63kg, 170cm. i have been wanting to obtain a ripped body. this is my workout schedule. 5km jog, about 18-20min. 100 crunches, 100 push-ups, 50 leg raisers, 50 45 degree flutter kicks,100 sit-ups,50 right handed weightlifting(about 5kg), 50 left handed weightlifting(about 5kg), 50 back pumping on the bench.
i have been doing this for about a week. so far i only felt a lot of pain, but the shapes not developing much is it due to my diet?
so here is my diet.
breakfast: 2 egg with 2 slices of plain bread with a cup of hi protein, hi cal,low fat milk.( round 9.45am)
lunch: one 6inch subway melts(without the cookies and sweet drinks)( round 3.30pm)
dinner: one bowl of rice, whole plate of veggie, half a fish, one fried egg, 1 bowl of soup ( i usually worked out b4 dinner so i kinda get very very hungry)( round 10.30pm)
