Need Help

Hey guys, im new to the website but i noticed that this was a great helping community so i joined. I've been having a problem for some quite time now. I have been working out for about 2-4 months now. I don't think my shoulders are alligned properly, i think it could be my traps also? I've been working out everything on my body equally, there has not been a time i have not. I cannot seem to find the problem. let me know what you guys think and if there is a way to fix this, please let me know. Thanks alot.

I am 17 years old
Working out for about 2-4 months
Have and currently am taking protein supplements (just in case it is a factor)

Also, were you like this before working out? It might well be bone structure? Have you ever injured yourself around that area?

Can you take a picture from further out? It might be something simple like bad posture or wonky spine. It looks a bit like you might have a postural problem but it just be the angle of the picture

Do you often carry a heavy bag on one shoulder?
 
I do not believe i was like this before i started working out, i just noticed a month into working out something wasn't looking right, my shoulder kept on slanting. I do carry a heavy bag sometimes on one shoulder but i don't think thats the factor. My mom also keeps telling me to improve my posture, so it might be my posture. At the end of my workouts i stretch my shoulder blades back so my shoulders don't keep moving forward. I'll take a few more pictures, thanks for the info so far
