need help

ok to start off, im 5'7 and 110 pounds

i need to gain weight and muscle, quick
i dont have any local gyms near me, the closest one is about 20 min away from here and i cant drive and dont want to waste over 150$ in which i dont have

i want to mainly build up my arms/forearms
any excercise routines?

i have this natulius workout machine my dad bought for himself, but i guess i can use it

to describe, it has a long bench and theres this little pull thing, which u can attach weight to.
any workout routines for that?

also, i know this question is outmost random, but will ur parents height be somewhat same as u? my dad is 5'8 and my mom is 5'2 and i wanna be taller than 5'8.

i try workking out every day
i use 65 pounds and i do:
3x10, i lay down on the bech and pull the weight down, then lift it up
3x10 sitting down and pulling behind my back
3x10 sitting down and pulling in front of me

should i do more, or is that a good routine?

also, ive been doing that for about a month, maybe 4 times a week, and i havent lost nor gained any weight. any thing wrrong?
