Hi everyone! Just found this forum and looking for some help! I'm a mommy of three little one! 2 yr old daughter and 1 yr old twin boys
I am desperately trying to lose at least 20lbs, but would be more happy losing more! I'm getting married in June and it seems like NOTHING I am doing is helping! I've tried watching what I eat (counting calories, cutting out junk, to name a few). I've also been squeezing in work outs as often as possible; fiance was working 2 jobs, got laid of due to a broken leg, and getting ready to leave for 30 days to work!) So I don't have much free time! Except of course, nap time and bed time which get divided between working out/cleaning/sleeping! Andy tips on how some of you mommies lost your baby weight!
