Ive recently gained about 15 pounds and I need to lose them immediately. Like right now. I am about 5'4 tall and weigh about 126. I want to go back to the shape I once was. I need to lose fat in arms, and thighs. The problem is my muscles build up really really fast. So I'm wondering what the best workout routine would be for me so my arms and legs wouldn't look bulky and all after all the exercising.
Please don't tell me to work on my diet. I need to exercise I know. I'm already trying to reduce food that has lot of fat and sugar from my diet. So please just tell me what the best workout routine is for me. Would appreciate if you could tell me details for example like how many minutes i should run on the treadmill or how long i should do the cycling machine or weightlifting.. how many reps and stuff like that.
