Need help with training program...

Hi all! My English is really bad ( I write bad, but understand good ), that`s why I won`t write much, but I only wish ask, maybe anybody can help me make a training program? I wish start training at home ( because, I have finansial problems, and I can`t go to fitness club ), but I don`t hawe any program and I don`t know what to do, what exercises... Maybe anybody can help me and write, sometink like training program and exercises ( how to do them )... I know, for free many people won`t help, but maybe somebody can...

I am 21 year old, 199cm, 75kg

great you want to get more active but for a good program we need your goals... I am in the US so I converted your stats so I can get a better image and if correct you're 6 ft 5 and weigh under 170 lbs? I would say then that you're not trying to lose weight, correct?

If you're trying to gain muscle then what equipment do you have access too? And how is your nutrition (eating habits)?
 
To arrive at your goal, you need to know much more about it than you know.
On this site nutrition-exercise.com can find everything you need to do.
I have a lot of things found there.
