need help with routine

hi im quite new to weight training,
firstly i am 15 years old and am trying to get a body that the girls will love so i dont really want to be huge and massive muscles. and i am willing to work hard to achieve this goal.

so what i need help with is....
how many reps and sets i should be doing,
and also how often a week i should be doing them

Okay you wanna look good for ladies= skinny and sixpack.

To do this you will need to get on a good Full-body workout consisting of Squats, Deadlift, Bench Press, Bent-over-Rows, Shrugs, Romanian Deadlifts and other stuff. Read the weight training sticky.

To get the abs you will need to build them up; they are like any other muscle so use 3 sets of 8 to build them up. Get on a clean diet and drop your body fat to 8-10%. <--If you can't see them after that you gotta clean bulk about 5-10 pounds so your abs will get bigger. Use Heavy weights probably 5x5 or 3x10 if your starting out.
 
Google Westside for Skinny Bastards III. I wouldn't worry about getting too much muscle, as it only happens with a lot of work and dedication and desire. You get what you put into it.
