Hello I am getting ready to go to this summer camp where you can not lift weights or play football or anything for 3 weeks. I need a good routine with non dumbell or barbell weights just exercises and I need help with a new diet too. I am interested in losing fat but gaining muscle. First priority is losing the fat. Second is then gaining muscle becasue the way I see it if I burn the fat then it'll be easier for me to gain muscle. I need a good diet plan that will be sufficent for that camp and when I come back and work out for 3 hours a day before I go to work. I am 16 years old and 6'1". I weigh 185-195 depending on the day and how much I eat. I can bench 225 and squat 400 right now. I'm training for football so I need enough carbs and energy for that. Thanks for any response.
