need help with my goals

hey whats up guys. I'm kinda new. I've been seriously training for a few months and i need help with my goals. I want to get bigger overall. You know how brad pitt looked in fight club? i want something like that but a little bigger. i'm not sure about sets/reps ratio so if anyone could help me that would be great. thanks!
 
For gaining muscle:

1.Eat Lots of Good, Clean Food. Get your maintenace calories and eat over 500. Aim to gain about a pound a week. If you don't gain as much eat more, if you gain too much add in HIIT cardio.
2. Work-Out Hard. I would try using 5x5 with a good amount of weight. If you achieve all 5 sets and reps then add 5 pounds the next workout. Get on a good 3x full-body workout with compound lifts like Bench Press, Squat, Military Press, Dips, Deadlifts, Rows.
3. Supplement Properly. Try Whey Protein and a simple carb like gatorade after a workout. For pre-workout have complex carbs and some protein.
4. Sleep Long. 8 being the minimum.
 
i cant do dips. i have a barbell, dumbbells, and a bench. whats a good alternative? also are you saying a should do a fb workout instead of the workout i posted? or rotate it weekly? thanks for the reply
