Need help with full body work outs

ok lein helped a lil bit but

Im trying to do a hardcore fitness routine i have access to a gym (lady of america) i wanna go 2 the gym 5 days a week (have sat and sunday off) i wanna do cardio and weight training i want everything to be firm toned and tight.. thanks in advance
 
A full-body, five days a week is not a good idea. It'll lead to overtraining.

Look at the book "New Rules of Lifting." It's a very good book, reviewed by yhe editor-in-chief of T-Nation and both of the authors really know thier stuff. Lou is good at explaining the science and Alwyn knows how to implement it.
 
You want to hit the gym five days a week? Lift three of those days (MWF), and do some HIIT or steady-state cardio the other two days (TTH). I could create a random routine off the top of my head, but I think it wouldn't be right of me without knowing your knowledge level.
