Need help with a 5 month Regime to bulk up

I really want to dedicate myself for the next 5 months. I dont want to overstress myself, but I want to gain some muscle... Im not looking to be buffed out... Im looking to gain some muscle and really tone out.

Some things Id like to focus on...

My chest, tris, and bi's, and shoulders

abs, legs, thighs I will worry about when I cut...

My legs I dont really care about... I just want to build up my upper body.

After the five months, I want to cut for 4 months then I should be happy with my tranformation.

I just need a regime to follow. Something not to difficult, but something to follow for the next 5 months.
 
deadlift
bench-press
pulldow or chins
dips
bentover rows or low pulley rows
military press
squats
EAT
do that 3 times a week m,w,f,
do 2 sets of 15s for 3wks
increase weight
do 3 sets of 10s for 3wks
increase weight
do 4 or 5 sets of 5s for 3wks
drop the weight right down for a wk (deload)
and start again.:cool: :D
