Need Help on a workout routine

Hey i'm 16 years old and my main goal is to be able to perform 100 push ups at once and 25 chin ups at once.

Currently i do my chin ups / push ups on Monday / Wednesday / and Friday.

I stock for a grocery store on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Saturday

Which days would be the best possible excercise days for my chin ups and push ups without causing over training ?

On my workout days i do the following excercises

2 sets of 13 / 2 sets of 17 / 2 sets of 16 / 2 sets of 14 all with 45 second rests in between followed by as many as i can possibly do ( varies from 60 - 80 ish ) and...

As many chin ups as i can do ( around 12 - 15 )followed by however many sets of 5 chin ups it takes to get to 50 after.
 
try alternating the excercises to every other day, so that you are still working out every single day with a rest day on the weekends. MWF pullups, TUTHS pushups, sunday rest.

if that doesnt work, do as many as you can do all the time. "smoke" your self, which is where you literally work yourself to muscle exhaustion. itll suck for about a week until your body gets used to it, but it works,
