Hello everyone. I am 19 years old. Last year I lost and kept off 50 pounds. I went from 230 to 180. Now I weigh 200, but look the same and the clothes fit the same.
I am looking to lose the fat and gain a more "sculpted, rip" body. Right now I have a treadmill, which I can adjust the speed and incline . I also have a bowflex and the highest resistance on each side is 105. I want to look a great deal different as quickly as possible, I am not saying overnight or anything.. but fast. Maybe like.. 3-4 months or sooner if even possible? I don't care how vigorous or hard the training is. I can/will do it. Anyway my ultimate question. What do I do, when do I do it, how long do I do it, what do I eat, when do I eat, what do I not eat, etc.. ?
Right now all I do is run. I can handle the speed at 5-7 miles, but after a few minutes in I get this sharp pain under my right rib cage/ above the stomach. I stretch every time before I run but it is always there. Maybe I am stretching wrong?
Sorry if all this seems like a "noob" post, but I am annoyed and determined, heh. Thanks for all the help ahead of time.
