need Help, i'm 15.

Ok, hey guys this is my first time here, let me start by introducing my self, I am sherlock...
Any way, I'm a 15 year old boy and I'm slightly overweight, I use to be in a good condition but I kind of let myself go over the past two years...
Any suggestions on how I can lose my excess weight?
Just like a rough guide on how much exercise i should do a day and what kind of exercise, I really know nothing XD

Before we get to the exercises..

How is your diet? I ask this because diet it is arguably the most important factor to consider when losing weight. The exercises are indeed crucial to this process as well, however without a proper diet the effort put forth during exercise will most likely go fairly unnoticed.
