Need help for weight loss while bodybuilding

Hey, just wondering if anyone had any tips they could give me to cut my weight down while i bodybuild. Im 24 years, 290 lbs, about 5'7. I workout hard six days a week doing about a half hour of cardio before or after my workout. I eat 6 times a day. 2 cups of cereal with 1 cup of milk for breakfast, tuna on white bread for a snack, chicken breast and 2 cups of rice for lunch, tuna fish on white bread for snack, chicken breast and salad with light dressing for dinner, protein shake for last snack. any feedback is appreciated. thanx

if you want to lose weight there are only three ways
1) cut cals
2) burn more cals through activity
3) do both

Not sure how to quote stuff but you said you do cardio before or after your workout which i take as lifting. definitely do the cardio after or it'll actually have an adverse affect on your workout ie not feeling sore at all meaning not much muscle growth. it happened to me all of last summer. i did about 30 min of cardio before i lifted everytime i went.

With the exception of what tarheel said I think you're on the right track. Keep attention on how many calories you're taking in and how much you work out. Try not to drop more the 2 pounds a week. If you gain weight or it remains stagnant take off 200-250 calories until you start loosing weight. Until then good luck with your workout, I hope you get some results!
