Hey guys i am new to the forum so hopefully i have posted this in the right place. I am three months into my fitness/weight loss plan and have lost 15 kilos already and am hoping to lose the same again. Only prob is i was working out and popped a groin hernia
. Now i have to wait till early november to have an op. Right when i wanted to be near my goal. Im too worried to do weights and since i hurt it running on the cross trainer i havent done that either. I have had a search around and noticed that quite a few of you have had hernias. What, if any, exercise could you guys do while you had the hernia. I know its about six weeks recovery from hernia. In this time is there/did you do any sort of exercises. Thanks for your help in advance.
