Hey everyone. Just bought used weider pro 1120 (m#WEST19540). Came without exercise guide. Would love to have to use machine correctly. If anyone knows where I can find a copy, I would very much appreciate the info. Have tried some exercises without guide, but I don't think I am doing correctly and don't want to injure myself.
