Need Help Designing a Workout..PLEASE

I am 30 years old and I have been doing a basic program for a few weeks. However I am looking to design a good program that I can do anywhere. This is very important as I travel 97% of the time for work. So any work out has to be done in a hotel room. Any advice on an existing program or helping me design one is greatly appreciated. I normally carry with me a powerblock dumbell set that goes up to 50 lbs, a chin up bar, and a set of bands along with the door attachment because not all hotel rooms have a normal size door that my chinup bar can fit on. I am in decent shape since I have been working out and I do manual labor for at least 8 hours a day. I am 6'6" and vary in weight from 250 to 265 since when I do finally get home and eat properly I lose weight quickly.
