Im 15 years old, 5 ft 10 and 196 lbs! (14 stone)
I lost half a stone recently, but its been 2 weeks and i havnt lost any more weight. I only eat about 900-1300 calories a day. I go on my bike almost daily doing 2-8 miles. I have also started weight lifting.
My Metabolism is pretty low right now because in the past i never did any exercise, but its best if i do something about it now before its too late.
So how many calories should i have a day? I dont have a clue about any of this so i need as much info as possible, its getting really frustrating though because i cant lose any.
