I'm hoping someone can direct me to a full-body workout routine for someone who's been lifting for about six months. I started splitting my routine but really prefer a perform a full-body routine that takes no more than an hour.
Currently, my favorite excercises are incline dumbell lifts and flys, lat pull-down and row, chest press machine, tricep pull-down, lunges, leg press machine, hack squats, leg curls and butt blaster.
