Ok, if I'm reading this right, your plan is to eat between 1000-1200 calories a day (WAY too low!) then exercise away 1000-1400 calories daily, so that you literally take in zero calories a day. Is that right?

To that I would say that it's extreamly dangerous and a bad idea! Your body needs calories to live. While I get that you need to lose 15 pounds fast, that won't mean a hill of beans if you kill yourself in the process.

According to your BMI, you need about 2000 calories to live if you just stayed in bed all day. I'm guessing that you don't stay in bed all day, so you need even more! Putting your activity level at "Moderate" I get 3079 calories a day to maintain your weight.

Now, you want to lose weight. To lose weight at an average of 2 pounds a week (a healthy rate of loss), you should reduce your calorie intake by 1000 calories daily, so for you your daily calorie intake should be around 2079.

i dont think i will die hehe, my body will attack its stored fat, maybe some muscle (i hope not) aside from my extra pounds, i am in pretty good health, and besides this "extreme" routine is not a lifestyle, this is only temporary.

Your body will attack everything. water, fat, muscle..everything.

the real result? You are most likely about to lose the 'weight' just to get it right back. Crash dieting never works for long.

this is not something anyone on the site will endorse.

I tough crash dieting was when you barely ate anything and stayed at home sleeping or feeling weak because of the lack of energy, even if my metabolism gets a little mess up, i doubt i will get everything back if I keep working out like this.

Actually, your body will attack mostly muscle and almost no fat. Oh, and you'll drop water weight too, but that will come right back on when you start eating healthy again.

I agree with Jericho, no one around here is going to encourage you to go on a crash diet.

No. Crash diets are any diet where it is an extremely short time and extreme calorie reduction. That is what you will have. The human body is not designed to run on 0 calories or very low calories. It will mess you up. I won't say there is no way you won't get it all back, but there will be costs to doing something this unhealthy and potentially dangerous.

You wanted feedback, the feedback was given. This is way too low calories. You will lose muscle. I personally can't say this is good.

But you have the right to do what you feel like what you need to do.
