Hey guys new here, i need some feedback on the following:
I am 18, 5.8, 200 pounds, medium-heavy muscle build, need to lose 15 pounds quick for my marine qualification sign up.!
This is a 2 day old routine:
Gym 5 times a week, every time i go to the gym i'll lose 1000-1400 calories in a period of 2 hours. (Challenging 2-hour Cardio workout), calorie intake each day 1000-1200, no health problems, i'll take all my vitamins ect ect.? suggestions, tips??
