Need customized workout plan!

Hey guys, I'm 15 and in high school. I'm 6'-6'1" and i weight approx. 160-165. I got some fat all around and I'm slacking in muscle. I'm built through my family tall and slender so playing gaurd in football isn't gonna cut it. I have a medium metabolism you could say. I like to run distance and my last mile recorded was 7 minutes exact. My stats...(im pathetic, I know this already -_-) [all max-out weight]
Bench: 30 each side+45lb bar
Squat: 55-65 each side+guided rails set-up
Dead-lift: 60-70 each side+45lb bar
Curl(using bar and sitting down): 10 each side+smaller bar for arms, say 15lb

If you need any others I'll post them. I also am not sure of supplements like creatine and protein milk. I was using muscle milk but was told to switch to body fortress. And my food habits arent the best but are getting better. I just wanna look good and feel good. I like to run around with friends and play tackle football and run distance on bike paths. I want decent arms, nice abs, nice legs and just to feel good. That's what it's all about!
 
Welcome to the forum... Have you read the sticky threads at the top of the Young Athlete Development section? They should be really helpful to get you started. Once you have a plan, post it to get some feedback!
