Hi All,
My name is Venny and m on my journey to loose weight. I am 5.5" tall and weighs 149 pounds (came down from 156 pounds). I am targetting at loosing atleast 20 pounds by next 5 months.
I have been gymming for last 3 months and am following extensive workout of 2 hrs for 4 days a week. My workout included lots of activities that i do daily.
However inspite of doing evrything I cud do, I am not able to c the results I expected by now. I just lost 7 pounds so far which is actually not very noticeable.
My belly fat has not reduced by even quater of an inch. I am realllly realllly struggling very hard to get rid of this. This is a hereditary factor coz my mother also possess lots of belly fat.
My major purpose to be here is to gather expert advice and not fall into the trap of expensive weight loss programs that do no good. I want to learn by others experince.
Secondly, I would highly appreciate if somebody like me is also involved in achieving the same targets as I do. This would help both(more) of us to track our activities and our diet that will ultimately help us in achieving the goal.
Any help would be much appreciated.
