Need Advice

Hey guys, Looking for advice on how to work my abs. I started working out about two weeks ago and work my arms/back/chest. I do this on MWF. I run on TTh. I'm looking for some abs exercises. When i do regular crunches/sit ups on a sit up bench it kills my lower back. Any other exercises that would halp me get better results w/ out hurting my back? Any other exercise i can do? Thank You....
 
It sounds like poor core stability. Since you're not working out your legs, you're prob not working out your lower back which is, more than likely, what is wrong. Start working your legs and lower back before worrying about your abs.
