Hi I'm a new member so please bear with me.....
I'm sixteen years old and weigh about 215lbs, and I'm about 6'3". I'm not really fat but I have a beer gut that never goes away, maybe because I drink a lot of beer. I play rugby 4 to 6 times a week, and that's a major cardio workout. I used to work out quite a lot, but during rugby season I'm too exhausted and don't get the chance. The main problem is I want to get rid of my beer gut and man breasts which never seem to reduce in size. I hate situps but will do them when forced
. I eat a lot during the day, especially carbs. I eat at least half a loaf of bread a day, and lots of cheese. Please tell me there's a way to get what I want without cutting out my cheese sandwiches???
