Alright I run 5 days a week for 15-30 minutes, and lift 3 days a week (mon/wed/fri) Sat/sun are my rest days. I'm at a fine weight so my goal isnt to lose weight, I just want to gain some muscle, not get huge or anything I guess, I just want to gain some more muscle, I'm 6'0, 150 pounds, 18 years old. I know how much to eat for my maintenance but what should I add? Currently eating 2200. I eat very clean and 5-6 meals about 2-3 hours apart depending on how hungry I get.
