After searching for a good plan, i have decided to get advice from someone who is or has been in a similar position as me. I have found out that anyone can say a workout plan will work, but only those who try it actually know if it gets results. So is there anyone on here who is/was 16 years old, 130 lbs, 5'8", and a beginner at lifting weights, and found a plan that worked for you? I play on my hs tennis team and i want to get stronger as well as bigger. If you fit something close to this description then please post what you did that worked for you. Thanks for all your help.
