Hi I am new here and I like the forum and i am so glad I learned that there is this kind of forum on the world wide web.
Anyways I just wanted to ask a couple of questions and I would want to hear some good answers of course.
it would be nice if someone that knows something about weight loss to explain me some things and give me some advices.
So I started going to the gym like 2 months ago and mostly the first month I did more Cardio like the Bicycle, Jumping on the rope, bunny hops and a couple of other Aerobic stuff.
I also do weight lifting but I don't lift too much the most is 50 Kgs = 110 pounds when I work out for my chest.
I ride that bike for like 20 to 30 minutes every day and I jump on the rope depending on how much I ride the bike so if i ride the bike 15 Minutes then I jump on the rope 15 other minutes ( of course with breaks after each 100 jumps or 70 Jumps )
I have lost weight I have lost like 5 Kgs = 11 Pounds for 6 weeks.
I eat once a day, I eat mostly meat ( chicken, beef ) and some potatoes and then during the rest of the day I would eat apples or a Tuna Fish since it ain't that fattening.
any Advices of how am I doing?? and what am I doing wrong and what am I doing right and what should I be doing in the future?????
if the Thread is in the wrong subforum I would ask the moderators not to delete the thread since i am new and I would appreciate if they moved it to the right section.
