Ok, that helps a lot. Thank you.
One thing I'd suggest is instead of asking a bunch of random questions in various threads, start a diary in the diary section of the board. That way you can post all the details about your life and diet and people can come in and answer your specific questions in one location. It helps to have all the info about you in one place.
I'm going to take your post in order and respond:
I know I've told you this before: Read the thread in the exercise area called "The Conceptual Side of Weight Lifting". Following the directions in that thread will do more to solve your problem than anything else you could do.
But again, you need to register for a free account with fitday.com and start logging your food. You are not getting enough veg, and probably getting too many simple carbs. You need to eat a reasonable amount of calories (for you that would probably be around 1800-2000 calories) and make sure that's balanced out between about 40% complex carbs, 30% lean protein, and 30% healthy fats.
Don't worry about the English.
It's perfectly understandable.

That all sounds reasonable. What I'm getting from this is that you don't necessarily want to lose a lot of weight, but you want to lose a little bit and then "tone" up your muscles so that you look fit and slim, right?OK I am a Male I am 23 I just turned 23
Currently I weight 86 Kilos 189 Pounds I am 180 cm tall = 5' 10"
My goal Weight is 76 Kilos = 168 Pounds
You're focusing too much on cardio and minor visible muscles and not enough on full body exercises and proper strength/muscle building exercises.Currently I go to the gym I workout there 90 Minutes per day, 20 - 30 Minutes Cardio ( that Bike they got there and I jump on the rope ) then after that depending on the day I either do Back and Triceps or Chest and Biceps. Actually I go to the gym 6 times a week and I do 3 times a week Back and Triceps and 3 other days Chest and Biceps ( I combine them ) I do at least 4 Exercises for example for my back and each exercise contains 4 series.

Well ... food is food. Whether in the USA or where-ever, a steak is going to have the same amount of calories. Preparation is the only thing that will affect calories.but the food here in my country doesn't have that much calories like in USA, so Usually I eat 2wice a day the first time I eat I eat at 12:30 or 13:30 and I would eat a chicken steak ( 100 Gr ) and one beef Stake ( 100 gr ) and some boiled potatoes.
