Need Advice...anything will be appreciated

i am a thin person but the problem here is that i have a fat belly

and lovehandles that just wont go away. ive tried situps but at

times i have hesitated for the fear that i would get bulky....all i

want is to lose my belly and lovehandles, without looking like i

have a big upper body. are there any foods i should or shouldnt

eat to help me out...i dont want 2 go on a strict diet, just

excersize...any help would be greatly appreciated..:)
 
This seems to be a pretty straight forward problem

If you are dead set against lifting weights, then you're best option is going to be cardiovascular work (running, biking etc).

I would start with medium intensity work 3 days a week for 30 minutes, after a few weeks...up the intensity.

The intensity levels should be judge as follows: 1 being the lowest amount of intensity ex: sitting or laying down, with no exertion. 10 is the highest amount of intensity, flat out sprint, winded, out of breath, can not maintain this level for more than a few minutes. So a medium intensity workout would be around a 4 or 5, and high intensity around an 8.
