Need A Workout Plan

whats up everyone, i'm new and this is my first post here. just like the title says i need a workout plan. i am 15 years old,male, and i don't know my height or weight (it's been a while since i last checked) i don't usually exercise regularly, but i want to start.

i need someone to recomend a workout for me. i don't have any weights or equipment. so i was wondering what can i do in my own home. i want a workout to build strength,energy,abs,cardio and a chest. basically a workout that can help out with everything.

it would be great if someone can help with this.

*i just remembered the only exercise equipment i have is an ab roller if that counts...
 
that site has lots of good excerises you can do with equipment, but you want any more advice we really do need your height and weight, and a little more detail on your goals would help. also you MUST have a clean diet to get any gains, cut out any pop, chips, cookies, etc pretty much all junk food.

post what you eat on a regular day so we can "critique" your diet.

i am exactly 5"9' and i remember the doctor said i'm at a normal body weight for my height.

i usually eat:
-hot dogs
-french fries
-burgers
-pizza
-chicken (fried,baked,bbq,spicy)
-pasta
-apples
-cereal (captain crunch stuff like that)
-ice cream sandwiches

sometimes i eat:
-cookies
-cake
-salad

i am very skinny, and i want to get in good shape.

my goals are:
-to get a six pack
-to build a strong chest
-to increase my upper-body strength
-to tone my arms and legs
-to increase my lower-body strength
-to increase my stamina
-and to increase my energy

i know that this will take a VERY long time to accomplish, but i am willing to take the time and try to achieve my goals.

keep in mind that i don't have any equipment and i don't know of any gyms where i live.
