need a training plan!

hey everyone, I'm joining a gym this summer. I've lifted before but nothing too serious and now I'm trying to pack on the pounds I'm 6'0 155lbs.

I do karate/sparring twice a week so I already have my cardio, and I do the Ab Ripper X from P90 for my abs.

I plan on lifting 3 times a week. I need a well devised workout plan and was wondering what everyone would suggest for someone in my position.

I have the food and protein diet already planned out as well.
 
GET yourself a very good PERSONNAL TRAINNER; IF you can afford it, you will not regret it! THEY can put you on the right track with nutrition and lifting.

You don't need a trainer. Ever. Everything you could ever need can be found here, on other forums, and in many, many books.
Trainers to motivate and hold your ahnd? Sure. But knowledge is the key. Everything works. Nothing works forever.
OP- Check out New Rules of Lifting. A great book.
