I need a better upper body routine for chest, back, and arms.. Here is my current routine
Chest/Back
3-4 sets of 8-10 for each exercise
Superset: Chest press/Back extention. Lat pulldown. Superset: Incline bench, lat rows. One arm lat row alternating between sets.
I don't have a very good shoulder routine and by the time I'm done, I don't have time to do triceps and biceps. My tris and bis suck. Please help me with a better routine and on which days to do them.
