need a HIIT routine

basically im completely fed up with the way i am and look .. so i need to do some intensive fat burning since working out has done a lil bit just nowhere near wut i need .. even though its been only 2 months .. 24%bf is just not acceptable

here is one i saw .. im not a good runner .. i get really sore .. but i just need to forget about the pain ..

also i dont even think i could jog for 5 min lol
 
HIIT alone wont help you burn fat if your diet isn't looking good.

hows your diet? and sounds to me, u might want to do "regular" cardio for a while. because you cant even jog for 5 minutes straight at 50-70% your heart rate?
 
i was never good at running EVER .. i could play tennis running for hours on end .. but straight running just has never been for me .. but i need to start burning fat and bringing my bf down .. my diet is more than ok for now .. just by tweaking a bit and lifting weights .. not even cardio .. i have dropped my bf by about 4-6% in the short time i have been working out .. so with added cardio it should speed up ..

now i dont like going on a treadmill and just jogging for 30 min .. i would die of boredom .. i need some type of interval

try running outside with a friend :] or put up your mp3. who said working out was ever "thrilling" , if you want that body so bad, you need to work it buddy!
