Nausea?

I just started working out again after about 3 months off and the first couple of days where fine but then i went 3 days ago and had to stop working out after my 3rd excercise because i felt like throwing up and probably would have if i kept going. I thought maybe i over exerted myself but then yesterday the same thing but worse. Could this be just because i havent worked out in a while and all the greasy food is messin with me? and if it happens to you do you just work threw it or stop?
 
I've experienced this once. My wife ordered Thai food for dinner one night and it was workout night. I waited my normal 30 mins after eating and when I started doing push ups I felt the food coming up. Then I started doing squats and had to make a break for the bathroom.

I'm guessing its the food and your stomach cannot handle it. The older I get the less tolerant I am of garbage food like that. My advice would be to eat a clean healthy meal before you work out and wait 30 mins after eating. You should be eating clean as much as you can anyway.

I threw the Thai food up guzzled some water and went back to it. LOL
