I'm 27 and a new mum of a nearly 9 month old baby. I'm Breastfeeding and have really struggled with weight gain (after losing weight while pregnant).
I'm currently a stone over my Pre pregnancy weight, two stone over my lightest weight and two and a half stone over my goal weight.
My starting weight is 160 pounds (although I was 159 the day I started excercising). First goal is 140 for 29th June (partners bday). In currently on day 8 of the 30 day shred and have lost 5 pounds

Waist: 35inches 34.5
Tummy: 40
Hips: 39inches*
Bum:41 40
Arms: 11.5
Boobs: 40
Back: 35.5 34
Back fat: 35.5 33.2
Thighs: 22 21.5
Calves: 14 14.3
