So i've been struggling with losing weight, sometimes I do good and soon after I fall back into my old habits. I figure if I keep track of my eating habits on here (and maybe get some support here on the forum) I could possibly keep on it and keep that extra weight off! I'll keep post on what I'm eating & at what time & hopefully soon i can get to a scale and keep track of that (plus pictures soon too!)
