Hi everyone,
I just joined the site so I don't have my workout schedule or my eating habits posted or anything yet, but I will.
I started September 2007 after taking pictures of myself, when I saw the pictures I was disgusted and I knew I had to do something about. So I started lifting weights and eating a little differently. I haven't eaten out since August 2007, I cook all my meals, and I workout 6 days a week. I thought this process would be a challenge because I'm a pre-med student which means I'm always studying. I couldn't let that be my excuse so I started working on my health and fitness.
I wanted to thank you guys for indirectly inspiring me to post my pictures on this website, you guys are very supportive and that's exactly what I need to make my final push towards my goal.
I weighed 275 lbs. in August 2007 and as of March 2008 I'm down to 230...I have a long way to go but at least I'm a little more than half way there
