Update: Week 13 - 6/28/2014

Dropped a pound a half this week and feeling really good!
Started to focus a lot more on my macros and getting as much protein as possible lol!
Daily macros for this week:
Protein: 145g
Carbs: 135g
Fat: 60g

Current weight: 161 pounds
