Well to start, I just relocated to Alabama from Illinois after a long winter laid off from work. In that time I gained quite a bit of totally unwanted weight.. When I first got here 3 weeks ago I weighed 233! Definitely not where I want to be. Well after 3 weeks I'm down to 219 so I do have a pretty good start. My goal is to be at 175! I gave up all fast food and soda which was hard haha but totally worth it. I have also been walking 2.5 miles almost everyday and in this southern bama heat I work up a sweat quite easy. I just want to stay motivated and would appreciate any from y'all! I will post updates whenever possible.
