My weight loss diary

Hi. I'm Stephanie. I'm 5'4 1/2, 15 years old, and 155 pounds.
I'd like to be somewhere from 110-115, and I'm really new to all this weight loss thing because 155 is the biggest I've been and I really want to get back to my proper weight.
I've already eliminated sweets, chips, sugary drinks, oily food, and eating in between meals.
I think I'm pretty much set, I just need a good work out routine.
I live in a VERY small town w/ no gym or facilities like that.
I live in Arizona and now that it's summer, I don't think working out outside in the 100+ degree weather would be such a good idea.
I'd like to work out inside the house as much as possible.
Any suggestions?
P.S. I'm broke, so I can't buy any equipment or DVDs, and ideas?

The first thing you should do is walk 30-45 minutes a day. For the first 2-3 weeks, always drink lots of water between 6-8 glasses a day. After 3 weeks start a light job that can involve walking at times. Always eat fruits, vegetables, and protein, either drinks or meats and fish.
