I started this about 1 and a half weeks ago.
Last week I lost 4 pounds which is quite a good start I think.
My starting weight-183lbs
Current weight-178lbs
Target weight-134lbs
I'm trying my best to eat healthily and i bought myself 2 new exercise DVD's which i plan to do at least 5 days a weeks, also i plan to do jump rope and rebounding as a like 10min workout.
I'll update once a week when i do my weigh in
