My Weight loss diary. - Johnny

Hi guys :), well this would be a little awkward for me because i haven't done anything like this before :eek: so a few days ago i realized that i got some weight.. i am that type of person that in vacations get few pounds more and on school period i get rid of that fat. i am from mexico (that's why my bad english) so i am still on my vacation period and i have decided to loose all this fat once and for all, i started researching on this so i asked a friend if he want to jump on this journey with me, it's have been 2 days since we started and we do 10 miles everyday on bike and started a diet, eventually we are going to ride more and more but we need to get in shape first.
so i am at:
Weight: 184.2 lbs
Height: 5' 7'

age:18
and i want to loose 30 lbs, so i can be on a healthier shape and then get ripped. here's what i normally eat:
Breakfast:
-banana milkshake
- ham & cheese Sandwich.
Lunch:
-Grilled chicken/fish with veggies and rice.
Dinner:
- a bow of cereal or fruit salad.

in between the meals if i find myself hungry i eat a fruit (apple, banana, etc)
so guys, tell me if i'm on the right way:biggrin: because im not that sure.
