so when you say the kitchen is where u get flat abs does that mean eating lots of veggies and fruit what should i stay away from if u dpnt mind me asking
1. Eat 5-6 meals per day, spaced out every 3 hours. Breakfast to be had within the first hour of waking.
2. Load up on the veggies - especially dark green ones. Spinach, broccoli, bok choy, chard, green beans. Lots of fiber which helps keep the body regulated.
3. Plan your meals ahead of time.
4. Drink at least 10 glasses of water daily (or about 3-4 500mL bottles of water per day).
5. All pastas, rices, breads have to be whole wheat/brown.
6. Good fats are essential and you can get them from eggs, avocados, olives and olive oil (on salads/veggies), natural peanut butter, unsalted nuts (almonds, sesame seeds) flaxseed oil and fish. Small portions though, because they add up in calories.
7. Fruits are great but try to keep them to the beginning portion of the day.
8. Most importantly - eat close to the source. Swap processed foods (that includes slim fast) for natural foods. Slow cooking oatmeal instead of cereals, real fruits instead of juices, home made shakes instead of slim fast, nut mixtures instead of granola bars.
Don't beat yourself up over having a treat. That's life. Enjoy it and just continue on with your day getting back on track.
Hope that helps
