my weight loss and muscle gain.

ive been trying to lose fat since mid summer. i lost like 20-30lbs and now im trying to gain muscle and get an athletic/toned body. do you guys see any muscle tone in the more recent pictures? i feel like im not gaining much muscle and i want some opinions for encouragement.
