My Weigh Loss Journey Continues

Wow were to start, this is my first attempt at a online journal for weight loss, and I read so many others and they are such an inspiration. There is so many of us that stuggle with our weight, and I struggle with mine every day.

I am 21, I started my weightloss journey 2 years ago. I started out at 302 pounds and currently weigh in at 198, so currently have lost 105 pounds, and still want to lose another 45 pounds. I currently weigh what I did a year ago and just am struggling to JUST GIVE IT MY ALL, and get the last pounds off. I have lost my weight just by watching what I eat and going to the gym 4-6 times a week. I still continue to work out almost every day just have a hard time watching what I eat and counting calories. Why does food have to taste so Good???
 
Wow, you've made a lot of progress. I'm new to the forum too and am finding all these journals inspiring. I've got 37 pounds left to lose and I've really just gotten started. Keep doing exactly what you're doing. It's encouraging to know people are still successful with the basics, eating right and exercise.

hiya you seem 2 hv made lot of progress already...i mean great transformation..bt i agree y does food hv 2 taste too good...i've always struggled with weight since teens n hopin to loose it properly nw, i accepted tht da fact tht i luv all tht pastas chips pizza cakes fruits n salads also bt cant jus only eat...u need 2 get cookin specially with cakes n like pasta..dey all can be made lighter n healthier low in calorie...u seem to be another foody jus like me..lol i dnt knw where you exactly frm but if you r in UK check out the shw 'cook yourself thin' on channel4 website...if you r outside UK best to acess da show on you tube. Although its only my third week but i knw i will stick to it this time cz i made da changes which can stay for life cz i included the foods tht i like thx 2 recipies frm dis shw. if you do cookin for yourself n cant acess da shw den let knw i ll pass on some of those recipies to 2 u...other dan dat its same old trick you carried on b4 count your calories n excercise.....nways its real motivation for ppl like us, seeing ppl like u, who hv lost tht much weight so forget da last year rememba 105 lbs you lost n carry on.
 
So today was a good day exercise wise. Went to the gym for an hour and then spinning class 45 minutes. I just started Spinning three weeks ago it is my new addiction. I just love it and I hear it burns burns calories, still yet have to see results from it.

This is almost the hardest time of year when it comes to food, you have party after party... this time of year I jsut keep trudging along and take ONE DAY AT A TIME.. now off to to bed have to get up at 5:30 for spin class and then off to work.
