My real starting weight is 234lbs but I have no pics (I was so uncomfortable in my clothes so of course I was also uncomfortable getting photographed)
I have officially lost 30 pounds!!
So here my before pic is 228 lbs and my after (as of this morning!) is 204. I have lost almost 4 inches (11 cm) around my waist, I think an inch or two around my thighs, etc.
I don't see much of a difference in the pics, but in my clothes I really do!
And I think I'm starting to see my collarbones a bit more
