My time trial / sprint aero position

This is the position I can hold for up to 10 miles - long enough for a sprint or a time trial. For longer, I have to go more upright 'cause my neck gets too sore.

This is as aero as I can go and when I come out of this position, I lose about 1.5 mph with the same effort.
